A few days ago, our school held a working meeting of grade group leaders, teaching and research team leaders, and course preparation team leaders to display the teaching and research results and share successful experiences.
The meeting proposed that on the basis of grasping routine work, we should continue to promote classroom teaching reforms, strengthen grasping routine teaching, strengthen collective lesson preparation, actively carry out listening and appraisal activities, and build effective classrooms; strengthen the effectiveness of the teaching and research group and lesson preparation group activities, and create quality Curriculum, multiple measures to train young teachers as the focus of work and create efficient classrooms.
At the meeting, the leaders of all grades, the heads of teaching and research and the heads of lesson preparations fully communicated. Everyone said that in the future, they will continue to focus on classroom teaching research, refine the conventional teaching management, continuously improve the awareness of quality and cooperation, and effectively improve the quality of school teaching.
